Public vs. Private Leagues

Every league can have a status of Public or Private. The administrator can easily change the status by entering the “Settings” section of the website located in the top toolbar.Private LeaguesA private league is one in which the league administrator(s) is responsible for all of the invitations and membership for the league. Users will not be able to find the league website on any search engines and will not have any way to request to join the league. The administrator will have to send an invitation te each potential member that wants to join. Public LeaguesA public league is one that is listed on the HogWildPoker Leagues website as an open invitation site. Any member of HogWildPoker Leagues can click a link that will send the administrator a “request to join league” message. The Administrator will then, look at the members credentials, and accept or decline the potential member. All public leagues are included in the public League Directory.
